TV Ratings for Thursday, October 20th

Fox was number one again thanks to the coverage of World Series, Game 2 (12.91 million viewers, A18-49: 3.7).

CBS pulled a second place finish last night with new episodes of The Big Bang Theory, (14.96 million viewers, 4.9), the return of Rules of Engagement, which returned to the CBS lineup in a big way (11.47 million viewers, A18-49: 3.7), Person of Interest (12.27 million viewers, A18-49: 2.7), and The Mentalist (12.50 million viewers, A18-49: 2.5).

ABC came in third with all new episodes of the recently cancelled Charlie’s Angels (5.63 million viewers, A18-49: 1.2), Grey’s Anatomy (9.36 million viewers, A18-49: 3.5), and Private Practice (18-49: 6.56 million viewers, A18-49: 2.4).

The CW pulled off a rare fourth place win last night thanks to new episodes of The Vampire Diaries (2.85 million viewers, A18-49: 1.3) and The Secret Circle (2.11 million viewers, A18-49: 0.9).

In last place, NBC served up an all repeat lineup of Community (2.47 million viewers, A18-49: 0.9), Park and Recreation (2.50 million viewers, A18-49: 1.1), The Office (3.24 million viewers, A18-49: 1.5), Whitney (2.60 million viewers, 1.1) and Prime Suspect (2.73 million viewers, A18-49: 1.0)
