Fox was the network to beat last night with its fix of football/baseball coverage. NFL Overrun claimed 21 million viewers, while World Series, Game 4 grabbed 13.61 million viewers.
NBC came in second with Football Night in America – Indianapolis Colts vs. New Orleans Saints (9.70 million viewers, A18-49: 3.7).
Without sports, ABC came in third with new episodes of America’s Funniest Home Videos (6.61 million viewers, A18-49: 1.5), the series successful premiere of Once Upon a Time (12.79 million viewers, A18-49: 3.9), Desperate Housewives (9.22 million viewers, A18-49: 3.0), and struggling Pan Am (5.77 million viewers, A18-49: 1.8).
CBS fell to fourth this week in the 18-49 demo (but second in total viewers behind Fox in total viewers) with new episodes of 60 Minutes (12.65 million, A18-49: 2.5), The Amazing Race (9.91 million viewers, A18-49: 2.7), The Good Wife (9.61 million viewers, A18-49: 2.0) and CSI: Miami (9.80 million viewers, A18-49: 2.1).
