CBS won the night in the adults 18-49 demo thanks to all five of their series posting week to week gains, which include How I Met Your Mother (9.90 million viewers, A18-49: 4.3) – up 4%, 2 Broke Girls (11.47 million viewers, A18-49: 4.6) – up 7%, Two and a Half Men (15.49 million viewers, A18-49: 5.6) – up 7.5%, Mike & Molly (12.70 million viewers, A18-49: 4.3) – up 12%, and Hawaii 5-0 (11.02 million viewers, A18-49: 3.3), – up 6%.
Fox had to settle for second place despite their coverage of the World Series, Game 5 (13.02 million viewers, A18-49: 3.8).
ABC came in third place with new episodes of Dancing With the Stars (16.99 million viewers, A18-49: 3.1), and Castle (11.11 million viewers, A18-49: 2.5).
NBC was left behind with a new episode of The Sing-Off (4.16 million viewers, A18-49: 1.5), and a repeat of Prime Suspect (2.50 million viewers, A18-49: 0.7).
On The CW, new episodes of Gossip Girl (1.97 million viewers, A18-49: 0.6) and Hart of Dixie – which was up a whooping 14% from last week – pulled 1.97 million viewers and a A18-49 demo rating of 0.8.
