What kids didn’t wish that their parents didn’t exist while they were in high school so they could do whatever they wanted, whenever they wanted? Even though this would never happen in real life, we get to see how things would be if parents didn’t exist on FX’s newest animated comedy Unsupervised.
Unsupervised follows two best friends in high school as they navigate through the most crucial four years of their lives without parental supervision, and still try to do the right thing in their lives.
Created and executive produced by Scott Marder and Rob Rosell (FX’s It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia) and David Hornsby (CBS’ recently cancelled How to Be a Gentleman), this show has an incredible pedigree behind. The impressive voice talent behind the characters of this new animated comedy include Justin Long (He’s Just Not That Into You), Kristin Bell (Veronica Mars), Kritsin Olsen (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), Romany Malco (Weeds), Fred Armisen (Saturday Night Live), and Alexa Vega (Spy Kids), along with Hornsby and Rosell.
Unsupervised has a 13 episode order and will be paired up with FX’s other animated series Archer when it premieres this January.
