TV Ratings for Tuesday November 8th: NCIS hits 20 million viewers for the first time this season

CBS won the night by wide margins in total viewers (15.83 million) and in the important 18-49 demo (3.3) thanks to new episodes of NCIS (20.31 million viewers, A18-49: 4.1), NCIS: Los Angeles (15.59 million viewers, A18-49: 3.4), and Unforgettable (11.62 million viewers, A18-49: 2.4).

Fox took second place (6.3 million viewers, A18-49: 2.9) with new episodes of Glee (6.90 million viewers, A18-49: 3.1), New Girl (6.80 million viewers, A18-49: 3.5) – down again this week, and Raising Hope (4.62 million viewers, A18-49: 2.1).

NBC took a surprising third place win in the 18-49 demo (2.3) over ABC (2.2) with new episodes of The Biggest Loser (6.81 million viewers, A18-49: 2.4) and Parenthood (5.24 million viewers, A18-49: 2.0).

Even though ABC took fourth place in the 18-49 demo, it claimed second place in total viewers (10.40 million viewers) with new episodes of Last Man Standing (9.21 million viewers, A18-49: 2.6), Man Up! (6.22 million viewers, A18-49: 1.7), Dancing With the Stars (14.85 million viewers, A18-49: 2.7), and the special In the Spotlight with Robin Roberts: All Access Nashville (8.64 million viewers, A18-49: 1.7).

The CW placed fifth with new episodes of 90210 (1.55 million viewers, A18-49: 0.8), and Ringer (1.69 million viewers, A18-49: 0.7).
