TV Ratings for Wednesday, November 9th: CMA’s a big draw for ABC

ABC easily won the night in total viewers (16.32 million viewers) and in the 18-49 demo (4.8) with thanks to the 45th Annual CMA Awards (16.32 million viewers, A18-49: 4.8).

Fox came in second place with new installments of The X-Factor (9.85 million viewers, A18-49: 3.6), and another episode of The X-Factor (10.43 million viewers, A18-49: 4.0).

CBS claimed third place with new episodes of Survivor: South Pacific (10.60 million viewers, A18-49: 3.1), Criminal Minds (11.31 million viewers, A18-49: 3.4), and CSI (10.096 million viewers, A18-49: 2.5).

NBC placed fourth with a new episode of Up All Night (4.79 million viewers, A18-49: 1.8), a repeat of Up All Night (3.51 million viewers, A18-49: 1.2), a new episode of Harry’s Law (7.06 million viewers, A18-49: 1.3), and Law & Order Special Victims Unit (6.64 million viewers, A18-49: 1.9) – a series low for the series in the 18-49 demo for the series.

The CW finished the night in fifth place with an encore of America’s Next Top Model (0.98 million viewers. A18-49: 0.5), followed by a new episode of America’s Next Top Model (1.31 million viewers A18-49: 0.6).
