TV Ratings for Sunday, December 4th: Fox up, ABC & CBS way down

NBC won the night as usual on Sunday with its coverage of Sunday Night Football (16.58 million viewers, A18-49: 6.5).

Fox pulled off a huge second place win, with the NFL Overrun (26.88 million viewers, A18-49: 9.6), The OT (22.22 million viewers, A18-49: 8.3), The Simpsons (9.01 million viewers, A18-49: 4.0) – up 53% compared to last week, Allen Gregory (5.22 million viewers, A18-49: 2.4) – up 60% versus last week, Family Guy (7.05 million viewers, A18-49: 3.5), and The Cleveland Show (5.43 million viewers, A18-49: 2.5).

ABC placed third with new episodes of America’s Funniest Home Videos (5.96 million viewers, A18-49: 1.4), Once Upon a Time (9.61 million viewers, A18-49: 3.1) – a series low, Desperate Housewives (8.09 million viewers, A18-49: 2.6), and Pan Am (4.67 million viewers, A18-49: 1.6) – another series low for ABC.

CBS slid to last place last night with new episodes of 60 Minutes (11.94 million viewers, A18-49: 1.8), The Amazing Race (9.64 million viewers, A18-49: 2.7) – tying a season low, The Good Wife (9.79 million viewers, A18-49: 1.9) – tying with a season low also, and CSI: Miami (10.37 million viewers, A18-49: 2.1).
