TV Ratings for Tuesday, Feb 14th: No love for “Cougar Town” or “The River”

CBS won Tuesday night as usual with all new episodes of NCIS (19.42 million viewers, A18-49: 3.9), NCIS: Los Angeles (16.06 million viewers, A18-49: 3.2), and Unforgettable (10.97 million viewers, A18-49: 2.3).

Fox moved up to second place this week with new episodes of Glee (6.88 million viewers, A18-49: 2.8), New Girl (6.58 million viewers, A18-49: 3.2), and Raising Hope (4.69 million viewers, A18-49: 2.1).

NBC claimed third place this week with new episodes of The Biggest Loser 13 (5.82 million viewers, A18-49: 2.0), and Parenthood (4.44 million viewers, A18-49: 1.6).

ABC fell to fourth place with new episodes of Last Man Standing (7.59 million viewers, A18-49: 2.2), the return of Cougar Town – which drew a series low of 4.85 million viewers, A18-49: 1.8, week 2 of The River (4.99 million viewers, A18-49: 1.7) – down 32% compared to last week, and Body of Proof (6.16 million viewers, A18-49: 1.2).

The CW rounded out the night with a repeat of Hart of Dixie (0.75 million viewers, A18-49: 0.3) leading into a new episode of Ringer (1.07 million viewers, A18-49: 0.3).

  1. It’s really a shame about the River, ABC Drama put a lot of marketing behind that. Maybe to scary for network primetime? E.G. American Horror Story is on Cable.

    1. I just don’t think the show is ABC’s demographic. I commend them for trying something new, but the network is trying to hard to find its next Lost. Plus, ABC has never had true success on Tuesdays. The two shows they cancelled this season have been on Tuesdays, but mANU up and Work It weren’t the best new shows anyways.
