TV Ratings for Wednesday, Feb 29th: “American Idol” wins again

Fox took top honors last night thanks to a new episode of American Idol (17.03 million viewers, A18-49: 2.9)

CBS and ABC split second place in the 18-49 demo with new episodes of Survivor: One World (10.56 million viewers, A18-49: 2.9), Criminal Minds (12.50 million viewers, A18-49: 3.1), and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (11.22 million viewers, A18-49: 2.6 on CBS; and new episodes of The Middle (8.49 million viewers, A18-49: 2.6), Suburgatory (7.19 million viewers, A18-49: 2.4), Modern Family (11.68 million viewers, A18-49: 4.8), Happy Endings (6.18 million viewers, A18-49: 2.8), and Revenge (7.42 million viewers, A18-49: 2.4 on ABC.

NBC offered up new episodes of Whitney (4.13 million viewers, A18-49: 1.5), Are You There, Chelsea? (3.54 million viewers, A18-49: 1.3), Rock Center with Brian Williams (2.89 million viewers, A18-49: 0.7) and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (5.38 million viewers, A18-49: 1.6).

Lastly, The CW offered up new episodes of One Tree Hill (1.56 million viewers, A18-49: 0.7) and the season premiere of America’s Next Top Model (1.29 million viewers, A18-49: 0.6).
