The gang at the 99 will be back for one more season!
NBC has renewed Brooklyn Nine-Nine for a seventh season, one season after it rescued the cop-comedy from Fox after an unceremoniously last-minute cancellation. What was originally supposed to be a 13-episode season quickly turned into 18-episode season after NBC ordered the additional episodes in September.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine has settled into its Thursday 9/8c time-slot very nicely by averaging 3.9 million viewers, more than it was averaging last season on Fox.
NBC has already renewed Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, The Good Place, and News Amsterdam for the 2019-2020 season.
