Creative Arts Emmys Predictions (Night 4): Which Comedy and Drama Series Wins the Emmy for Outstanding Casting?

The Creative Arts Emmys continue tonight and I’m feeling confident with my predictions, as I’m exiting night 3 of this week with my best predictions ratios yet, 11/19. Tonight, I’m aiming to exceed that with my predictions below.
